Who Can Apply
We encourage any qualifying family to apply. If you're unsure whether you qualify, reach out — we'll help you figure it out together.
- Child is currently diagnosed with a life-threatening illness (cancer or similar)
- Family resides in or is receiving treatment in South Florida
- Demonstrated financial need related to medical care
- Application submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or social worker
